Information you provide. In order to register as a user with Wonderfood, you will be asked to sign in using your email address or Facebook login. If you do so, you authorize us to access certain information, such as your public Facebook profile (consistent with your privacy settings in Facebook), your email address, interests, gender, birthday, education history, relationship interests, current city, photos, personal description, and friend list. You will also be asked to allow Wonderfood to collect your location information from your device when you use location-related services in Wonderfood. In addition, we collect and store any personal information you provide while using Wonderfood or in some other manner. This may include identifying information, such as your name, address, email address and telephone number, and, if you transact business with us, financial information. You may also provide us photos, a personal description, your age and information about your gender for recommendations, such as search distance and food preferences. If you comment other Wonderfood users’ pictures or interact with them, you provide us the content of your actions, and if you contact us with a customer service or other inquiry, you provide us with the content of that communication.

Welcome to Wonderfood, operated by FOODER LTD. (the “Company”). By creating a Wonderfood account or by using Wonderfood app or website (collectively, “Wonderfood”), whether through a mobile device, mobile application or computer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Agreement”). To be able to use our website or application (“Wonderfood”), you must declare to be 16+ and are accepting the practices described in our Privacy Policy., which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and available in Wonderfood.

You are solely responsible for the content and information that you post, upload, publish, link to, transmit, record, display or otherwise make available (collectively, “post”) on Wonderfood or transmit to other users, including text messages, chat, videos, photographs, or profile text, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted (collectively, “Content”). Postings on Wonderfood are made at such times as users determine in their discretion. You should not assume that the information contained on Wonderfood has been updated or otherwise contains current information. Wonderfood does not review past postings to determine whether they remain accurate and information contained in such postings may have been superseded.
By posting Content as part of Wonderfood, you grant to the Company a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, right and license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, modify and distribute the Content. The names and logos of the Company, may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on Wonderfood, without prior, written permission from the Company. The Company prohibits use of any logo of Wonderfood or any of its affiliates as part of a link to or from any website unless the Company approves such link in advance and in writing. Fair use of the Company’s Intellectual Property requires proper acknowledgment. Other product and company names mentioned in Wonderfood may be the Intellectual Property of their respective owners.
